Returns

Any items eligible for return must be unworn, tags attached, and all branded packaging included.

Please email alka.mattoo@orvanalondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate your return. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

We must receive the package within 14 days of when you received your order.

Once the return package arrives and is checked for good conditions, refunds will be processed. Please allow 2-7 days for your bank to process the refund.
